Manny Comras brings over 25 years of extensive litigation experience to the firm, representing healthcare providers, insurance companies, trucking and transportation clients, builders, and other corporate clients. With a proven track record of success in complex legal disputes and catastrophic claims, Manny is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal representation and achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. Manny remains involved in all aspects of defending claims filed in both state and federal court, from responding to the initial pleadings through final resolution, be it by dismissal upon motion, settlement, or trial. By implementing a strategic and flexible approach, Manny also advises his clients whenever possible on how to avoid litigation. His extensive experience has provided him with the expertise to offer seasoned advice on a variety of topics, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to unique circumstances.
Manny has been with Billing Cochran for over ten years and is the firm's youngest executive board member. Prior to joining Billing Cochran, Manny was also a shareholder at a large statewide medical malpractice and insurance defense firm.
During his spare time, Manny likes to spend time with his wife and three sons, travel, walk his dog on trails, and go fishing. Prior to becoming an attorney, Manny lived in France, Germany, Canada, Macedonia, and South Africa. He is fluent in French.
